"Tamara of Seaside Staging and Design came to the rescue as we prepared my mother's home for sale. It wasn't until 4 days before the first open house that the decision was finally made to hire a professional stager. I called SS&D and Tamara fit us into her busy schedule for the initial consultation the very next day. It was clear immediately that she was extremely knowledgeable in real estate and how best to stage a home for sale by appealing to current buyers. We hired her on the spot and for the next 3 days Tamara worked tirelessly, professionally, and with great sensitivity not only to budget, but to my mom for whom this "staging" concept was new and foreign. The transformation to the home was unbelievable- she created so much more space that let in the natural light and stunning ocean views that had been overshadowed before. She modernized the space, appealing to younger and the more modern buyer, with minimal investment. She has a keen eye for design and her energy and commitment to the project was truly remarkable. She accomplished in 3 days what actually should have taken 10.
